The Catalans have definitely found their second wind with recent results. Their last five matches in the league have been victories and their midweek thrashing of Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League will be a huge morale boost for the Spanish Champions.Cristian Tello who impressed in midweek with two goals in Champions League debut after coming on as a substitute will probably find himself starting the match as well since Alexis is a doubt. Pedro Rodriguez is the other attacker expected to play with the Canary Islander looking to get back on the score sheet.
Racing are going through an extremely rough period in the season. The club’s management saw fit to fire their coach(Juan Gonzalez) and find them in the relegation zone . Most pundits will bet that Racing will get relegated this season, however, sometimes even the worst teams can pull off a shock victory.Racing’s recent records havent been great either. Their away form is terrible and their home form is only slightly better because of draws earned.
