The 19-year-old midfielder is considered one of Spain's most exciting young prospects and Los Blancos are apparently desperate to lure him to the Santiago Bernabeu
Real Sociedad president Jokin Aperribay revealed that he has already turned down one bid from Real Madrid for Ruben Pardo.
The midfielder played a key role in Spain's triumph in last year's Under-19 European Championship and the Sociedad supremo has now claimed that his performances in Romania attracted the attention of Los Blancos."Real Madrid made a bid for him at the time and we told them no," he said to Marca.Aperribay also announced his intention to "fight to the max" to sign Arsenal striker Carlos Vela on a permanent basis in the summer. The Mexico international has made a big impression in La Liga since arriving at Sociedad on a season-long loan from the Gunners last August and has previously expressed his desire to extend his stay at the Anoeta.
